The main goal for these classes is to keep the kiddos having fun, staying active, and engaged while working on some basic boxing skills like punch combinations, balance skills, and footwork drills. I want to get them tired so they take a good nap...and give mom and dad a break.

You get to punch s**t, be as loud as you want, and get a great cardio workout in ALL at the same time! This is easily the craziest class we offer, but in a super fun way. Because, who run the world? #girls
These classes are a really good mix of learning some boxing skills and a crazy good cardio workout. You will learn punch combinations, good footwork skills, and lots of balance drills while we have the music turned up!
Private lessons are available and tailored to fit your personal goals.
During any open gym times, the gym is open for you to come and use as you wish. A coach will be there but this is not an organized class of any sort. This is you working out on your own with a "floating" coach.
