Lil' Jabbers
(Age 4-6)
These sessions focus on movement, coordination, and basic punching through fun, age-appropriate activities that keep young kids engaged and active.
Double Jabbers
(Age 7-12)
Training introduces punch combinations, footwork, and light conditioning to help kids build confidence, discipline, and healthy habits.
Uppercut Crew
(Age 13+)
Classes emphasize technique, defense, and conditioning while giving teens a positive outlet to stay active and focused.
Adult Boxing
Workouts combine boxing fundamentals with cardio and strength training to improve endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.
Open Gym
Members can train independently with access to equipment and coach support when needed. A current membership is required.
Must be a current member to attend.
