These classes focus on learning boxing skills like punch combinations, footwork drills and balance skills while rocking out to music and having fun. Our goal is to build a foundation of strength and cardio.
Uppercut Crew
(Age 13+)
These classes are loud, fast-paced, and fun! Stronger focus on building better boxing skills, like punch combinations, defensive skills, and footwork drills. Strength and conditioning are a big part of these classes as well.

Adult Boxing
Open Gym
During any open gym times, the gym is open for you to come and use as you wish. A coach will be there but this is not an organized class of any sort. This is you working out on your own with a “floating” coach.
