
Lil' Jabbers
(Age 4-6)
These playful, high-energy classes are all about fun, movement, and smiles. While the little ones stay active and engaged, we sneak in some beginner boxing skills like basic punch combos, balance work, and footwork drills. The goal? Get them moving, burn off energy, and maybe even earn mom and dad a well-deserved break (and a solid nap for the kids!).

Double Jabbers
(Age 7-12)
In these upbeat sessions, kids dive into real boxing fundamentals—punch combinations, footwork, and balance drills, while rocking out to energizing music. It’s a fun, fast-paced environment where they can build strength, boost cardio endurance, and gain confidence one combo at a time.

Uppercut Crew
(Age 13+)
Loud, fast, and full of intensity, this is where the training gets real. Teens (and adults!) focus on sharpening their technique with advanced combos, defensive movement, and footwork drills. We crank up the pace with added strength and conditioning work to build power, endurance, and discipline. These classes challenge both the body and mind and keep the vibe high.

Adult Boxing
Get fit and sharpen your skills with full-body workouts that blend boxing technique, cardio, and strength training. Expect to sweat, learn, and grow every session.

Open Gym
Train on your schedule with access to our space and equipment. A coach is always nearby to offer guidance.
