High-energy, fast-paced classes designed to help teens build strong boxing fundamentals, defensive skills, endurance, and mental focus through structured drills and conditioning.
Adult Boxing
A complete full-body workout that combines real boxing technique with intense cardio training to improve strength, stamina, balance, and overall fitness while keeping workouts exciting.
Open Gym
Independent training time with full access to gym equipment and a coach available on the floor for guidance, tips, and corrections.
