Uppercut Crew
(Age 13+)
Classes emphasize technique, defense, and conditioning, offering teens a challenging and constructive fitness outlet.
Adult Boxing
Workouts combine boxing fundamentals with cardio and strength training to improve endurance, coordination, and total-body fitness.
Open Gym
Members have flexible training time with access to equipment and coaching support when needed. A current membership is required.
Must be a current member to attend.
